A quick note: I don't currently work with marketplace shops (Etsy, etc.) because marketplaces don’t give their sellers much flexibility to adjust their shops.

After you book, I review the main 2-3 pages of your site and prepare your report and recorded walkthrough. You'll get both to review on your own time, then we hop on a 30-minute live call to go over anything unclear or dig into specific questions.

I review your site before our call. That way, the call is 100% for your questions, not me narrating a first look in real time.

Not currently. This audit is built for independent websites (Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, etc.), since the fixes are specific to having full control over your own site.

That's exactly what the live call is for. If something's unclear or you hit a wall trying to implement a fix, bring it to the call. That's the space to work through it together.

The goal of this audit is for you to walk away able to fix the major issues on your own. I will identify the issues and teach you the principles behind the fixes so you can apply those lessons to any part of your site.
If your business grows and new issues come up down the line, that's a normal part of running a shop, and we can always work together again.
