Helping Creatives Turn Browsers into Buyers
Have traffic but no sales? Let’s fix that.
Does This Feel Familiar?
-
✓ Your analytics say people are visiting but your sales are zero
-
✓ You've tried a course before and left with nothing actionable
-
✓ You've been told to "just market more" and it didn't work
I Can Help!
I’m Aleks! Nice to meet you!
Here's the thing, a 0% conversion rate almost never means your art isn't good enough. It means something on your website is physically stopping people from buying.
How do I know this? I went to art school but I also spent 10+ years doing merchandising and conversion rate optimization (that's the practice of figuring out why people visit a website and don't buy) for professional e-commerce operations.
The problems you’re having are the same exact issues that multimillion-dollar companies hire specialists to solve. So let’s solve them together!
How Is This any different from all the other experts?
10+ years in e-commerce
I’ve spent over a decade of my life helping large e-commerce operations maximize their revenue. Now I want to help artists do the same with their small businesses.
I’m an artist who has run their own shop
I went to art school and I still make my own work. I'm not a corporate consultant who's never tried to sell a print online. I know what it feels like when nobody buys.
This isn’t marketing advice
Most advice for artists is about getting more people to your shop (more posts, more followers, more traffic.) I look at the traffic you already have and figure out exactly why it's not turning into sales.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
A conversion happens any time a visitor does the thing you actually wanted them to do on your site: buy something, sign up, or book a call.
Basically a conversion = the action you want your website visitors to take.

Yes! That's what the one-on-one sessions are for. You book a session, I look at your actual site, and I tell you exactly what I'm seeing and what I'd change first. You walk away with a specific list, not generic advice.
The guides and workbooks are more general. They're built for the most common problems, which means there's a good chance something in there applies to you. But if you want eyes on your actual shop, you can book some time with me.

Honest answer: I can't guarantee it will be because I don’t know which courses you’ve taken.
What I can tell you is that the stuff I look at is different from what most small business courses cover. I'm not teaching you marketing or social media strategy. I'm looking at whether your website is actually working as a sales tool and whether the right things are in the right places.
I help you figure out whether the path from "I want this" to "I bought this" has any friction in it.
If you've bought courses on branding, audience building, or content strategy and they didn't translate into sales, that's probably because those aren't website conversion problems.
Those are different problems. My lessons are specifically about your website and how it helps your visitors buy things.

Nope! I define every term I use the first time I use it. I've spent a lot of time translating concepts that usually get explained in corporate jargon into plain English.

Fair question and I'd rather you ask it than wonder.
My business is new but my background isn't. I’ve spent 10+ years doing this professionally for companies running e-commerce operations at significant scale. The difference is that I'm now aiming that experience specifically at artists and small creative shops, which is where I think really actually needed.
The first client case study is in progress. I'll update this page with real results as soon as they're available.
